Where appropriate, we use our 'GLUE' methodologyl (ie guage, learn, underpin and evaluate) to ensure that learning results in improved performance and that change is embedded in organisational culture. Here is how it works in our 'Developing Dream Teams' programme: Step 1. 'Where are we now?' We place a stake in the ground using either your existing data or we can run a diagnostic or survey to establish how things are now for the team. Step 2. Individual preparation Individuals complete a Belbin profile and do a little background reading to prepare them for the programme. Step 3. 'The Dream Team' Session A short group session that enables the team to share hopes, fears and dreams for the team. We set SMART development goals and individuals start to set their own development objectives. Step 4. 'We're a Winning Team' Session A second short session that puts theory into practise and provides individuals with observed feedback on their own team style. Step 5. 'Commit to Action' Individual and team development plans are refined and ready to be implemented. Step 6. 'Where are we now?' We gather a second set of data to benchmark improvements and any further development needs. Step 7. Review We provide a full client report for discussion at the review meeting.
