Gauge - These measures are designed to benchmark current performance for comparison later on and so we can quickly get to know your business.  Example tools include an employee motivation survey and mystery visit amongst others.

Learning We use accelerated and experiential learning techniques to have maximum impact and motivate change.  They are outcome focused, empowering and fun.

Workshops include sessions focused on:

Underpin - These are the things that will make a difference in the long term.  They are designed to keep key messages alive.  Tools such as 5 minute learning sessions and Quick Sticks exercises (to empower individuals to deliver service excellence) amongst others.

Evaluate - is the closing of the loop. We remain committed to the very end and will measure the impact of the programme and achievement of objectives.  These measures are usually developed during the process because they may be unique.  They could include, for example, a tailored mystery visit or employee motivation survey.
