We use a range of Belbin products to support our work developing individuals and teams.  We can also use these in recruitment to help you get the right person in the right role. 

Mystery Visit

Our visits provide factual information of a real customer experience.  Our Mystery Visitors are discreet and professional and will objectively tell you how they felt as one of your customers.  It makes interesting reading.

Generally, our visits focus on measuring communication, efficiency, one to one interaction and the customer journey.  As with everything we do, we will tailor the visit to include current focuses in your business.  And of course we can start from scratch to develop your one, unique visit if that's what you want.

Employee Motivation Survey (E13)

This is a short powerful tool that provides information in two key areas:

  • motivation levels within the team
  • preferred leadership styles of the managers.

It is most often used at the start of a project to identify where resources should be allocated, and to provide a benchmark for future comparison.

We keep the process simple:

  • the survey is undertaken by us, usually on site
  • we present the findings complete with a SWOT analysis and recommendations
  • we re-do the survey after a minimum of 3 months to measure the impact of your investment.
