What our clients say about us...

COACHING

Gary is very encouraging and motivating whilst at the same time challenging oneself about development opportunities. He has the ability to enable oneself to find the answers rather than him settling the goals and targets. Coaching sessions with Gary are not only reality checks due to his vast amount of people knowledge and professional experience, but they are also inspiring, thought provoking and forward thinking. I always come away from Gary's coaching sessions with a strong sense of self confidence, ability and renewed determination.
Markus Seinsche, Reception Manager, Restaurant Associates, Credit Suisse (May 2011)

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We are a contract caterer working at a prestigious London independent school delivering high quality catering services to employees and students. We have recently used The Learning Labyrinth to undertake a staff survey to look at how well motivated and managed our employees are. The outcomes enabled us to focus our development in a cost effective way. We have just re-taken the survey to look at measureable improvements. I am convinced that this evidence based approach gets results.
Nicola Male, Graysons Westminster School

BELBIN

Using Belbin has helped our business to understand existing team strengths and given us some useful tools to address skills gaps.

Belbin has helped our staff appreciate the different strengths of individuals within the business.
Applying the Belbin approach to develop a job description for a new role within the business has also helped us to focus on and verbalise the key criteria for the role.
Gary is an excellent moderator and has an in-depth knowledge of the Belbin approach which has helped us to understand and apply the Belbin findings very quickly and effectively within our business.
Yvonne Taylor, Product Perceptions Ltd

I would like to say that the ILM course you ran is without doubt the most useful, practical and worthwhile training I have had in my working life.

FORUM

The best thing was the style and level of involvement. The creative way in which the scenes were played made it easy to identify each situation and got you involved immediately. The scenes were extremely effective, much better than notes or DVD's, they make a lasting impression. It was also good fun!
Head of Data Management Novae

The feedback from everyone after the workshop was absolutely phenomenal, they are already asking for more.
Suzie Mackie, Managing Director, UK2Learn

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

The Belbin Team Role Theory has launched our capabilities as a small organisation to new levels of teamwork. Understanding our strengths as individuals and how we fit together as a team has improved ever aspect of how we plan, practice and evaluate the work that we do. We felt our team profile was well considered, personal and insightful. We learnt how to appreciate ourselves in a team role, and also appreciate how we value each other. The overall experience was very positive ad left the team feeling confident about how we can utilise our strengths and differences as a team.
Gary delivered our team profile with humour, sensitivity and understanding. His approach was personal and thoughtful, which helped build a feeling of trust and honesty amongst the group.
Helen Robbins, Tourettes Action

I wanted to extend my thanks for a great team building event on Wednesday.
I'm sure I speak for the whole team when I say that not only did we enjoy ourselves (fab prizes!) Our understanding of ourselves and each other has really been enriched - this can only benefit us all as we face the challenges of 2011. It is my intention to utilise all the learning outcomes to build and commit to the agreed actions with the team in the coming weeks. Thank you once again.

Gary guided me and 10 other NHS employees through an ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management. He is a fantastic trainer who adapts his approach to suit the needs of the individuals; he is extremely knowledgeable and draws the best out of individuals assisting them to develop both professionally and personally. Highly recommend him and Learning Labyrinth if you have any training or coaching needs.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your help, support and enthusiasm over the past 18 months.  I have thoroughly enjoyed the course (ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management) and learnt a great deal from it.  Once again thank you for what has been an excellent experience.

Richard French, Head of Learning & Development, Brighton and Sussex University Hospital NHS Trust

Many thanks to Gary for the excellent training course he recently ran for Brilliant Futures. It was pitched at just the right level and really exceeded our expectations – particularly as we are all trainers / facilitators. Labryinth really took time to understand and interpret our business needs and worked hard to ensure we had value for money – a real necessity for any small business...I know that this training will generate a significant return for that investment.
Sarah Corke, Director, Brilliant Futures
