Profiling is undertaken using a questionnaire which is completed online.  There are two types of individual profiling available:

• Self-perception report. This is where an individual completes a profile on themselves (taking approximately 20 minutes). 
  Cost:   £25 (plus VAT)
• Full profile. In addition to the individual completing the ‘self-perception questionnaire', up to 6 'observers' (usually colleagues) will also complete a questionnaire (taking approximately 10 minutes).  This option provides the most detail and more of a 360 approach.
  Cost:  £35 (plus VAT)
