Payment Terms We will invoice for work when a booking is confirmed or on receipt of a signed order. Payment is within 30 days of invoice and we ask you to kindly respect this and remit promptly. Cancellation of bookings or workWe are committed to providing a flexible response to you, however we reserve the right to charge for the cancellation of agreed and scheduled work. We will charge for any work completed up to that point. This cancellation charge will be: - less that 28 days before the commencement of work - 50% of fee due
- less than 21 days before the commencement of work - 100% of fee due.
We are happy to reschedule booked work up to 14 days prior to it being carried out; however work must be rescheduled for within 2 months. Intellectual propertyOn receipt of payment the training material produced will be the property of both you (the client) and The Learning Labyrinth (TLL Ltd). The general p[rinciples contained within our materials are in the public domain and naturally we, as a training company, will continue to use them. ConfidentialityIn order to provide services to you, we understand the need to respect your confidentiality and that of any information provided by you. We will not disclose any information provided by you. We will also not disclose any information or discuss any confidential aspects of your business outside your organisation.
The information contained within any proposal is for the attention of the individuals and company named. It should not be shared with or passed on to any person or company beyond those for which it was intended without our prior knowledge and consent.
